-Driving the design hardware, firmware, and integration team to develop a smart energy storage product.

-Managing the NPI product launch to contract manufacturer in Asia by building prototypes, procuring tools and fixtures, and preparing the manufacturing and quality processes.

-Established new product management system website by driving third party developers to provide a comprehensive stage-gate dashboard and checklist management tools for program managers and functional team members.

-Program manager for one of the newest SSD-PCIe products. Managing CFTs from design, firmware, hardware, manufacturing, and engineering teams. Drove bottoms up schedule from different CFTs to ensure fast time-to- market.

-Mitigated and managed risks on project launch to ensure timely market and manufacturing introduction of new high-powered modules. Managed SunEdison transition from Multi- to Mono- cell modules allowing Mono modules to ramp in high volume manufacturing.

-Responsible for managing the 2nd top project of the company: platform microcontroller.

-Responsible for on-time delivery of both new memory products and new solution to market through highly structured new product release methodology.

-Developed resource plans, analyze critical path, create risk management plans and detailed project schedule
