Role:

Managing Global Operation and Manufacturing Supply Chain for Rig Performance Technology Business (called RPT Product Line in Schlumberger). Responsible for Supply Chain Function across all Sub-Product Lines under RPT - Pressure Control Equipment, Rig Equipment, Product & Service Delivery, Rig Management. This is new position created in March’2020 with key focus for integration of sub product lines into single RPT Product line, process implantation, compliance focus.

Business ownership together with Engineering & Manufacturing Managers for Sub Product Lines. Creation of Rolling revenue forecast, IBT Improvement, monthly and quarterly review of P&L for each sub product line, up to plant or location level.

Role:

Process Systems business is Supply Chain based EPC business hence act as business owner together with operations manager, from win to execution phase. Won $210 M (multiple projects) in 2019, through implementing optimized cost base, Best Cost Country execution strategy and paved path for another $275 M project under bid to win with higher probability of winning due to major cost reductions.

Managing Global Supply for Process System business, midstream O&G business product line for Schlumberger, managing revenue of $600 M annually. Secured IBT improvement by $11 M through rearranging supply and execution strategy in 2019.
