Product Line Supply Chain Manager (VP Operation Supply Chain) – Rig Performance Technology (March’20 to Current), Location: Houston, USA

Role:

Managing Global Operation and Manufacturing Supply Chain for Rig Performance Technology Business (called RPT Product Line in Schlumberger). Responsible for Supply Chain Function across all Sub-Product Lines under RPT - Pressure Control Equipment, Rig Equipment, Product & Service Delivery, Rig Management. This is new position created in March’2020 with key focus for integration of sub product lines into single RPT Product line, process implantation, compliance focus.

Business ownership together with Engineering & Manufacturing Managers for Sub Product Lines. Creation of Rolling revenue forecast, IBT Improvement, monthly and quarterly review of P&L for each sub product line, up to plant or location level.

Support Business Revenue of ~ $967 Million (2020 Plan) across globe, Spend $425+ M, IBT improvement by $10+ M thru cost leadership

Engage with Sales and Tendering team to create geography specific strategy to Win and Execute project tenders/Client RFQs. Recently created roadmap for local content in India to win $60 M, Oil India Contract, potential of ~$550 M in next 3 years

Product Line Supply Chain Manager – Process System Business (Dec’18 to Feb’20), Location: Houston, USA

Role:

Process Systems business is Supply Chain based EPC business hence act as business owner together with operations manager, from win to execution phase. Won $210 M (multiple projects) in 2019, through implementing optimized cost base, Best Cost Country execution strategy and paved path for another $275 M project under bid to win with higher probability of winning due to major cost reductions.

Managing Global Supply for Process System business, midstream O&G business product line for Schlumberger, managing revenue of $600 M annually. Secured IBT improvement by $11 M through rearranging supply and execution strategy in 2019.

Creation of Revenue/IBT forecast for Product Line with S&C and Finance, engage with Sales & Commercial to create geography/project specific winning strategy.

Pre-bid Hydro Power Project commercial support and cost negotiations with Customer, Supported Alstom for Prebid Contract Costing, Negotiations, Approval for India’s first Largest Hydro Power Plant Subansiri 8X250 MW, contact value $650 Million. Alstom won this contract, and which led to manufacturing facility setup for Hydro division in India.
