Position: RESIDENT ENGINEER – Responsibilities included: Revision of working drawings using Computer Aided Design Software; Project Supervision which include the Bridge works starting from piling and the road construction through 50% swamp area; Preparation of Bill of Engineering Measurement and Evaluation (BEME); Design and Supervision of Reinforced Concrete Drains, Pipes and Box Culverts; to ensure that quality control tests were carried out, setting-out data maintained and properly done; ensuring project execution in line with scope of works, drawings and specifications.

PROJECT: Margaret Ekpo International Airport Bypass Project – Construction of 6.2Km 4-lane Dual Carriage Way with half of the road length passing through swamp and ending with a 30m Bridge and a trumpet interchange at the terminus.

Position: Asphalt Plant Supervisor – Responsibilities include: Production of Asphalt mix from a given recipe at a required temperature and a correct quantity of Bitumen with a computerized plant; proper calibration of the plant; to ensure that proper material tests were carried out on the Asphalt mix such as compaction test, Bitumen extraction test, sample grading, Bitumen density test and crushing test to determine its strength.

Position: Site Engineer – Responsible for supervision of Steel roof fabrication and mounting of roof trusses on building and Filling stations; Design of the column base and foundation to safely with-stand the impose load of the over head tank of fluid.

PROJECT 1: University of Ilorin Faculty of Engineering Lecture Hall Project – The project involved the construction of a 1000 seated capacity Lecture hall for students with steel roofing.

PROJECT 2: Total Filling Station Tanke – The project entailed the construction of a Filling station building which included mini supermarket, mechanic workshop and steel works for the sales pump canopy.

Position: Supervising Engineer – Responsibilities included: supervision of Lecture Theatre construction from the foundation level, quality control tests, checking of structural design/ calculations and drawings; supervision of road network and drainage construction; ensured design levels were strictly maintained.
