Establish company wide strategy for Autonomous Driving/ADAS with a clear delivery path for Future Mobility concepts ranging from L1-L4 SAE standards. In parallel deliver ongoing ADAS projects, Karma Revero GT and GTS, to meet program timing and budget. Recruit, build and manage a team of highly skilled engineers in USA (35) and CN (~100)
Develop solution for last mile delivery challenge by developing L4 capable vans for delivery
Lead the team to work cross functional to decompose feature requirements into System, Sub-System and Component level

Successfully launched ADAS L0-L2 features such as Automatic Emergency Braking, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Centering and Lane Keep Assist on the Karma Revero GT/GTS program for MY 2020 and have resolved customer's feedback from the field.
Benchmarked performance against Tesla Autopilot and delivered better performance metrics for a few features.

Responsible for a department of ~70 staff for delivering Advance Driver Assistance Systems and Autonomous Driving including Cruise Features, Active Safety, Low Speed Manoeuvring Features & Vision Systems. In addition, support Connectivity features such as Software Over the Air & Cyber Security
Manage AD department and meet budget requirements - $40M budget

Design, develop and shape the future of ADAS Vision Systems by helping the team find visionary developments in electronic systems integration. As a Group Leader, I am at the forefront of leading and managing a large team of highly skilled engineers in the introduction of exciting ADAS features for Jaguar Land Rover customers.
I currently manage a team of 28 people:

Determine Electronic Systems interaction with Manufacturing Systems in the plant to achieve sign off
