As per vendor manual all measurement of rider ring and piston ring clearance, cross head clearance, piston BDC to TDC clearance, main and guide bearing clearance, axial clearance, volumetric clearance, piston rod run out, suction un loader lift clearance, valves lift clearance, web deflection.

Measurement of piston, cylinder liner, cranks shaft, connecting rod big and small end bearing, gudgeon pin.

PUMPS

Having relevant experience in maintenance types of pumps such as centrifugal, reciprocating and rotary pumps.

Inspect and condition of rotating parts namely shaft, sleeve, impeller, oil deflectors, wear rings, bearings, coupling, mechanical seal and stationary parts bearing housing and casing.

Renewal of mechanical seals replacement of rotor checking, wear rings, throat bushes and bearing clearances.

Maintaining the required axial float in between bearing pumps, check radial and axial ply.

Checking run out using a dial gauge when pump overhauling.

Overhauling of boiler feed water pump, between bearing pump, back pull out pump and horizontal split casing pump.

FIN FAN

Forced draft fin fan belt tension checking with sonic meter.

Laser Alignment checking and blade angle checking by angle protector.

Overhauling of fin fan bearing with plumber block.

Carried maintenance of pulley replacement.

Impact wrenches, pneumatic tools, hydraulic special tools and torque wrenches etc., EXPERIENCE IN FIELD MAINTENANCE

Receive work orders for corrective repair and preventive activities.
