Introduction

I have been in the motor industry for 14 years. having worked in sales in passenger vehicles as well as the truck industry.I have also worked overseas in Dubai selling vehicles.Due to my product knowledge as well as attention to detail I was moved from sales in put in the role of sales support. i was the training coordinator for Audi Dubai, writing of policies and procedures . Maintaining of sales folders and doing final checks for audits on deal folders as per ISO standards.I was also an ISO officer for Audi Dubai.Liaising with external suppliers in regards to delivery vehicles Taking minutes of meeting in sales meeting when required of me, also setting up the show room floor of 56 vehicles on a weekly basis I have also worked in the Hotel industry at Atlantis the Palm Dubai. I started with the pre opening in Security and was in charge of running the control room and investigations.I moved over to Guest Recreation Assistant manager and my duties included running daily operations, assisting with guest issues, oversee a staff of 53, coordinating of events, scheduling of staff, Oversee and running of Cabana’s, Aqua venture, beach, pools, tennis, Oversee the cabana and tennis revenue, Assisting HR with coaching of staff, Creating of job roles as well as policies and processes for staff.With the skills I have developed over the years of working in the Police as well as security I have found my attention to detail to be of great importance. I am a hard worker and enjoy new challengers.In every industry I have worked the customer comes first. And the most part is to deliver the best service possible. Listening to the guest/ client and finding out what their needs and expectations are
