Had analyzed 45 Nextel engineering markets in terms of capacity and performance. Based on their capacity and performance, list of markets were compiled to launch Boost Mobile.
Recommended several post merger scenarios to Nextel executives. That includes gradually migration of iDEN subscribers to CDMA network and adding 1.6Million dual mode phones into the iDEN network to support 800MHz rebanding.
Drafted a methodology to reimburse cost associated with 800MHz rebanding. Managed the team of consultants to analyze this methodology.
Prepared Nextel iDEN markets to remove 800MHz carriers and deploy more 900MHz carriers to prepare for FCC-mandated 800MHz band reconfiguration
