Obstacle Avoidance Car using FPGA
Details: The implementation on a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA)-Based autonomous obstacle avoidance car. The ultrasonic system mounted on a system performs the obstacle detection, by reading obstacle distances at known angles, with respect to the centre of the car After processing data and taking decisions, the obstacle avoidance task is performed by generating PWM Modulation (PWM) signals to actuate the direction of the wheels.
2D Transition Metal Dichalcogenides: Synthesis, Structural and Optical Studies.
Details: Synthesis of 2D TMDC materials (mainly MoS2 and WS2) based on CVD technique by the co-evaporation of metal oxides and chalcogen powder in which layers are built from gas phase reactants for mass production in semiconductor technology) Morphological study (to verify the thin film, layer information, structural properties and single crystalline structures of synthesized MoS2 and WS2). Optical characterizations of 2D TMDCs monolayers, (displays coverage and uniformity of the grown 2D flakes and to characterize its structure and quality).
