BT GLOBAL SERVICES – CPQ RSQE & PMF-Q2O
Business Problem: The mission of this application is to allow a Sales User/Sales Representative of a BT GS customer to progress with the quote and order configurations respectively in rSQE (PMDSQE) Application and finally submit the order details to Expedio to progress further to deliver the product quote to users. The order is further validated and taken care of in downstream systems. The project involves both Development and 2nd Line Application maintenance support teams for RSQE and Databuild team for PMF-Q2O.
Project Roles: Scrum Master for PMF Q2O Straight To Live (S2L) delivery and Overall Project Manager for the RSQE Inlife team.
Responsibilities:
To ensure smooth delivery of the new data build / configuration changes from various product owners (Agile Connect, Connect Acceleration, Connect Optimization, CCSDWAN, CCD etc.,) to production environment E2E.
I will be hosting the Scrum ceremonies and coordinating the E2E teams involved in the grooming, development and delivery of the new requirements to production.

Business Problem: Target is to ensure the smooth applications support delivery for critical systems like BT COTPLUS, BT RADAR+ and BT Radianz (a cluster of 14 systems).

Responsibilities:
To lead and manage live support for GBFM projects.
Drive analytical calls with the entire problem solving support teams in order to ensure the smooth E2E journey across the GBFM applications.
Driving the smooth delivery during all major and minor releases for the GBFM applications.
Driving the team towards successful closure and ramp down of the BT Radianz cluster. We started with 14 systems and now we are 8 in numbers.
We have closed 6 systems successfully with different strategies like migration, merger etc.,
