Experience

Welder, Tank builder - Primoris Willbros Canada - 2019-2020 Spent a year up at CNRL horizon building 3 of the biggest tanks on site, I did everything from fitting and fabrication of the dome roof, welding it out with flux core, layout and torch cutting holes and fitting in nozzles,welding nozzles out with stick, flying in and fitting platforms on top of 70-85 foot tanks, fit and weld out internal piping, be apart of the air raise of the dome roof and also the airlift test of the floating roof, fit and weld compression ring and tension ring. Welder - Custom Park & Leisure - 2011-2019

Ran a welding rig for 6 plus years, Hand set skills with multiple welding procedures. 7-8 years custom fabrication, welding and fitting. I also have built multiple custom structures around the city for landscaping companies and developers, i would build in shop then take to site and fully erect with a crane and small crew if needed. I’ve learned skills with roller benders and rotary benders, able to use or figure out jigs if needed.

Junior Fitter - Kent Steel - 2010-2011

Started here new, became a fitter, worked my way into the fabrication industry.hands on skills with torches and cutting and general fabrication of skids and compressor skids.

FCAW- self shield wire, MIG, STICK, Stainless steel stick, Plasma cutting, Torch cutting, TIG is ok could use practice, Aluminium MIG, operating overhead cranes, forklifts and skid steers. I have 7-8 years custom fabrication working with CPL, I have done everything from fabrication, fitting, and welding an entire project myself, I was also the field guy so I had the chance to take what I built and set it up on site with cranes. I have ran my own sites with small crews, and have worked alone and completed projects on time, I'm good with a team environment, and when it comes down to crunch time.
