Production Engineer (11 years)

Oversaw all production aspects of the Precision Inertial Instruments (PII) program for US Air Force Minuteman III Missile Guidance System, including problem resolution, customer interface and supply chain status and scheduling. Designed tooling and fixtures to enhance producibility and reduce defects. Presented Production Engineering portion of quarterly Program Management Review (PMR) to customers.

Quality Engineer (11 years)

Provided Quality Engineering floor support for the manufacture, assembly and test of space flight hardware, including NASA Space Shuttle program and various satellite/rocket launch systems, with a focus on review of mission-critical test data, problem resolution and corrective action implementation. Presented Quality Engineering portion of quarterly Program Management Review (PMR), answering customer questions and providing program status updates.

Supplier Quality Engineer (3 years)

Acted as liaison between supplier and in-house production teams to ensure contractual compliance and on-time delivery of piece parts, both on-campus and at supplier facility. Represented organization at client-facing meetings, onsite equipment reviews, and product demos.

Customer Quality Engineer (4 years)

Presented test data reviews, product specifications and build history directly to a wide variety of customers to obtain final product acceptance/delivery.

Plant Engineering/Project Coordinator (2 years)

Oversaw logistical, budgetary, and scheduling of plant-wide modifications and renovations to accommodate growth of Honeywell’s Clearwater Campus. Reviewed architectural plans, work order changes and engineering schematics with an eye toward maximizing company resources to meet organizational needs.
