“Preliminary aerodynamic and structural design of a fighter – trainer aircraft”

(including a 3D model designing in CATIA of the aircraft and structural and flow analysis using ANSYS)

“CFD Simulation of an Isolator Shock Train in a Hypersonic Scramjet Engine” Scramjet inlet design remains as a key aspect for hypersonic flight. Here, comparison of performance parameters for four different scramjet inlet geometries under two categories based on the inlet compression ramps and cowl angle is carried out by executing a numerical computation of 2-D turbulent flow field. The simulation was done to study the effect of the above mentioned parameters on the shock structure and the flow field. The analysis was carried with free stream Mach number (M= 5). Education
