Plan production control activities to improve runtime while maintaining high quality, timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

Scheduling MRP as per available man power, machineries & recourses.

Filling all the lines as per order and with forecasting data, Monitoring & timely follow-up with SCM Dept.

Work orders Routing as per the specification & BOM

Scheduling production & ensuring delivery as per plan.

Work with materials department in material planning and analysis to reduce inventory level.

Reconciling requirement on daily basis and updating plans as per requirement.

Daily critical stock reconciliation & action.

All MIS report & Weekly & Monthly reports on all consumption.

Daily SAP Related Work – Production, Rejection & Shifting

Reconciliation of job work on monthly basis.

Control and improving process through reports study.

Creates production schedule and prioritizes job-orders for production optimization.

Complete status reports for production progress, work in process, and raw material inventory

Reconciliation of inventory so as to avoid dead stock.

Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal suppliers and customers for ensuring that required inputs are available on time.

Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications.

Plan work flow and schedules for production departments.

Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules & Planning to meet deadlines.

Timely exchange of info between CSD, Marketing, Quality, Store& support function for material delivery, sample delivery

Strictly follow up item wise special instruction & specification for different parties.

Close Follow up with Ware house & Quality to achieve required quality & Serviceability.

Month closing activities i.e. Closing Process Orders, Product confirmation & all SAP related activities
