I am responsible for engaging the sub-contractors, Client Bill Follow-up regarding their billing and measurements & Following auditor office regarding GST & Admin work.

Larsen & Toubro Constructions: (April, 2017- March, 2019)

Working as Assistant Planning Engineer on contract basis in the TWAD BOARD Project, CWSS to Natham in Dindigul. The project involves construction of various civil structures like, Collection wells, Foot Bridges, and Sumps along with the installation of various Electro- Mechanical Equipment and Mild steel, Ductile Iron and PVC Pipe laying. I am responsible for engaging the sub-contractors, Client and P&M regarding their billing and measurements. (Learned BoQ Schedule, JCR,MPPS,DPR).

The scope of my responsibilities includes:

• Allotment of work to Subcontractors according to their area of expertise and resources available.

• Collection of measurements from site engineers on a regular basis and verification of the same.

• Coordinating the reconciliation of work done to match payment and stock at store.

• Preparation of various presentation required by Top Management.

• Following 5s KAIZEN system. (Plan, Do, Check, act).
