About Project:
•Capital One Financial Corporation is a bank holding company specializing in credit cards.
•I was part of Partnership Data Simplification team which is mainly responsible for processing the Partnership Credit Card data in Agile lifecycle way.
•We receive the data from upstream interfaces mostly Mainframe/First Data and process (business transformation) that data to be loaded in cloud DWH (Data Warehouses) like RS (Redshift) and SF (Snowflake).
Roles & responsibilities:
•As a team member I am responsible for developing new module, enhancement, maintenance and support of complete production environment of PDS.
•My task involved keeping the batch 100% completed on time and with no data issues.
•Co-ordinate with technical lead to ensure a clear understanding of the requirements & the timely resolution of data queries, enhancements, batch issues and new modules addition.
•Generating permanent fixes which involves the code modification, QA testing, GitHub promotion and code deployment through change management.
