The accounts were gained through Cold Calling, Trade Shows, Chamber events, Networking, etc. I feel I am humbled and blessed to be able to gain these accounts through teamwork and hard work.

Leading a very exciting environment as Senior Pastor of a church. Through this ten year journey, I learned the values that continue to define who I am as a person. I led a small Church to become a growing and thriving Church. I was responsible for hiring and developing full-time staff. I had the opportunity to speak and motivate every week. The team around me helped raise funds for many needs of the community and abroad.
Victory Christian School 1998 –1999.
Teaching History, Government and Communications for grades 9 -12. I also served as the school Chaplain. This was a great opportunity to fulfill my passion for developing leaders and it was a very fruitful year of my life before moving back to Little Rock.
Education
Central Bible College, Springfield Missouri
B.A. in Communications and Theology 1994 -1998
During these four years, I had the wonderful opportunity to learn from caring and wise professors. This is where the groundwork for effort and attitude was developed.
Professional Achievements
Throughout my work history, I have learned and continue to learn the values of attitude, effort, accountability, and relationships. I have spoken to hundreds of groups of people, motivating them while learning from them at the same time.
I believe that I can offer my values and leadership skills to be applied toward achieving the vision and mission of an organization that is willing to grow.
