As highlighted in the attached resume, my work experience that contributes to qualifications for this position includes working as an Assistant Procurement Manager for Hyundai Power Transformers USA. This position requires supporting cost saving projects, analyzing spend data and developing strategies to achieve purchasing objectives. Other responsibilities includes effectively managing key suppliers to optimize spend. My main task for last 7 years was to develop spend reports by projects while securing continuous supply of qualified materials both locally and globally to manufacture component of power transformers using both SAP and internal procurement system.
Some of my work experience also includes supplier monitoring and evaluation to find capable supplier for a purpose of achieving company's cost saving and manufacturing goal. This work requires collaborating with engineering, production and quality team.
I believe my work experience and responsibilities, combined with constructive feedback, continue to help increase my self-confidence and build interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively listen, understand, read and communicate in a professional environment.
