• Led 12 product innovation projects from design to launch for Snickers, Twix, Dove and M&M’s

• Co-Led the launch of the new brand Kind Frozen which was a $40M expansion of Mars Ice Cream Business

• Responsible for leading large-scale cost saving projects reducing over usage and reducing scrap rates, in some cases over 100% reduction was executed creating $1.8M annual savings

• Managed a variety of different line trials and first production runs including new products, new packaging designs, and reformulations of current products

• Co-Led $20M packaging line renovation including managing data to drive new ideal equipment purchases

• Successfully developed a pallet design for our site that met club pack requirements in order to bring on key new customers to our business

• Responsible for maintaining strong relationships with packaging suppliers and working with them to reduce defective material received on site by over 75%

• Worked with site team leads and value stream managers to increase line efficiencies including making packaging spec changes to increase line rate (est. over 120k savings annually)

• Launched 3 packaging innovation projects to meet marketing’s needs as well as drive cost savings over $230k annually

• Responsible for maintaining relationships with direct customers and continuously innovating new ideal packaging systems for their specific needs

• Worked cross functionally with the sales and marketing team to increase sales by 180k over 12 months
