neurological and general deconditioned patients, aiding in their return to prior level in the

most efficient and concise manner.

including passive and active Range of Motion, Neuro muscular re-education, Shortwave

diathermy, massage, and heavice/electrical stimulation.

+ Maintained close communication with supervising PT in regards to patient plan of care for

appropriate progression to Short and Long term goals.

+ Worked closely with other disciplines for efficient scheduling, retrieving adequate

assistive equipment to maximize patient independence, and delivering pertinent

information of patient progression.
