Heat trace and freeze protection system design and calculation using TraceCalc and CompuTrace software. Develop design for installation of the heat trace cables, junction boxes, RTDs, contactor panels, controllers, transformers.

This included a Sales Gas, Propane and NGL Pipeline from the Townsend Facility to the TCPL NMML meter station, Tourmaline riser and Black Swan Tie-In. Provided electrical design for the pipeline risers and over pressure protection (ESDV), included control panels RTU

(FloBoss 107) for the automated valves with TEG and EFOY systems as the power source, the area classification and grounding drawings and study.

Athabasca Oil Corporation

Leismer 16-10 Water Disposal Pipeline, Electrical Lead The project is to construct the Leismer Water Disposal Pipeline and a new disposal well. Provided design for the heat trace, using nVent controller and self-regulated heat trace cables. Provided area classification and grounding for the new disposal well, consist of the pig receiver shelter, well head building, 750bbl drain tank and propane bullets for the catadyne heaters in the shelters, and tower for the communication. The power source was solar system for 14 days of the autonomy work, 150W, 24VDC, consist of the solar panels, solar controller and battery pack. Design the control panel with Allen Bradly Control Logix controller. Encana Corporation

Valhalla Oil Battery, Alberta, Electrical Lead

The project was to build an independent Oil Battery Facility to evaluate growth opportunity in the Valhalla field. The oil battery consists of the sand separator, a line heater, a separator, HP and LP flare knock out drums, HP/LP flare stack, oil tanks, water tanks, and a gas lift compressor. Provided are classification and grounding for the battery. Develop heat trace design and calculations. Worked on electrification of the vendor buildings. Design the control panel with SCADA Pack 334.

Younger Extraction Plant- 15kV Switchgear Replacement & Electrical Upgrades The scope of this brown field project was to replace old 15kV switchgear with new one, to connect with existing loads that remain unchanged, such 12 500 HP motor for residue gas compressor with de-tuning reactor and power factor correction capacitor (2552 kVAr); 24000 HP synchronized motor for propane refrigeration compressor; the starting capacitor (21.3MVAr); and medium voltage transformers for the other motor control centers within facility.

Musreau Gas Plant Water Handling Pump Station, Electrical Lead The scope of the project was to design the modifications for the existing sour gas plant. The modifications were to install new packages:

-Inlet Slug Catcher, Inlet Liquid Separator, Recycle Air Cooler, Recycle Separator, Recycle Compressor Package (MV motor 800HP with VFD), 25000 BBL Water Tank, Water Transfer Pump (two MV motors 1000HP with VFDs).

Younger Extraction Plant- Valve Replacement, Electrical Lead Replacing a few existing pneumatic valves with new actuator and automated valves at the Plant that have been leaking/malfunctioning.

Musreau Gas Plant Inlet Sweetening, Electrical Lead The scope of the project was design of the new gas processing train. The Inlet Gas Sweetening Plant expansion consist of installing new packages:

- MCC building (including LV MCC line up with 3 main breakers 2500A, two MV motors 450HP with VFDs, and two MV transformers 2MVA), amine plant, vapors recovery compressor (VRU), amine/water make up pump package, heat medium package, reverse osmosis package. SemCAMS

The major packages were:
