SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
•In charge of almost a 250,000sf as Building Engineer along with other two Building Engineers.
•Extensive experience in plumbing, carpentry and electrical, including HVAC in
residential, commercial and industrial and checking on Steam Plant and Sump Pumps.
•Performing Fire Pumps Tests every month and Generator Test every week
•Calls Supervises and directs contractors to their assigned responsibilities. Directs the
performance of all maintenance requests insuring that all work performed in those areas
is finished efficiently with a minimum disruption. Supervises contractors, scheduling jobs
assignments. Perform inspection of building facility equipment’s.
•Experience in Customer Service with Managers and tenants to keep them satisfied
•Keep record on temps on Cold and Warm Rooms and Inspect all Chillers operation &
pumps, Air Handler Units and Exhaust Fans Units replacing Bag Filters and Pre Filters
and replacing some of the motors and belts and do Preventive Maintenance.
•Changing light bulbs, fixtures, ballasts, light switches and emergency light exit signs.
•Adjusting electronic urinary flusher (diaphragms) or replacing it when damaged.
•Fixing clogged sink and replacing with a new some of the pipes under the sinks
•Adjusting electric door or replacing door openers, door handles and door locks.
•Removing and installing carpet, cove base, linoleum, titles and counter tops.
•Experience in MS Word, 360 Facility, IMPAK and EAMS Facility Maintenance
•Performed general painting or repainting by roll/spraying including both inside and
outside new shopping center, school, commercial building.
•Experience and ability to lead and train other Engineers.
•Experience working with BMS Metasys System
•Unquestionable ability to read, understands, follows, and enforces safety procedures,
MSDS.
•Purchasing on line and directly with the Stores and experienced in Inventory Control
• Framing, Sheetrock, Drywall, Texture and Dry Rot Repair
•Maintain field work orders, tenant service calls, and logs as directed by management.
