Seeking a dynamic and challenging job in the field of thermal power plant in the firm of reputed,which requires my knowledge in the field of CFBC,AFBC,WHRB& Steam Turbine unit Operation field & D.C.S of C.H.P unit Operation.

Technical Qualification:

1)Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from S.C. E. & T.E. Govt. of WB in the year of 2011.

Designation: Engineer from 5th August 2016 to till date.

M/s Bhubaneshswar Power Pvt. Ltd is an Integrated Power Plant of 135 MW whose power has evacuated to TATA Steel, Grid & bilateral.

Power Plant having 2X67.5 MW (SIMENS Make) with 05 Nos Extraction (HP & LP heaters) & Condensing steam turbine and 2X 275 TPH, 95 kg/cm2, 540+/-50C CFBC Boiler (M/s IJSEC). M/s OEG is a one of the Thermal Power Plant Operation & Maintenance service provider company who has taken comprehensive contact of the total plant operation & maintenance with spares & consumables and including Ash handling (O&M), ETP, STP and Firefighting. Only client has provided coal and we have ensured to provide the uninterrupted power supply to their customer.

Regular monitoring of equipments parameters from DCS control system.

Co-ordinate with the field operators and give the instruction to solve the problems.

To maintain the bunker level by proper feeding of coal.

Day to day basis maintain the equipments lubrication schedule & PM schedule’

To handle any emergency situation that may occur in control room & field .Taking smart identification of faulty components, Malfunctions, cold and hot start up& run the unit safely and reliably

To Monitor the day to day shift activity operation of power plant of AFBC & WHRB boilers.

Through knowledge of plant safety, permits, isolation and normalization.

Monnet Ispat & Energy Limited having 1*336TPH CFBC boiler(M/s Thyssen Krupp),CVL make Boiler (2 x120 TPH AFBC Boilers,, 2 x10 TPH WHRB & 4 x33 TPH WHRB ) and 2x45 MW & 1x80 BHEL make Condensing Turbines.

Regular monitoring of AFBC,WHRB & CFBC boiler operating parameters in control room through DCS- CONTROL SYSTEM.

AFBC boiler light up (Cold & Hot) carried out & maintain the parameters as per the instruction of Field instruction

To handle any emergency situation that may occur in control room & field .Taking smart identification of faulty components, Malfunctions, cold and hot start up& run the unit safely and reliably.

Successfully handled restored of power from black outs in minimum time possible and most of the emergencies there by ensuring smooth flow of operations.

Coordinate with field operator to handle the field problems like fuel handling systems and general auxiliaries.

To Monitor the day to day shift activity operation of power plant of AFBC & WHRB boilers.

Through knowledge of plant safety, permits, isolation and normalization.

To ensure power generation as per target & analyze variance.

Pneumatic based Ash Handling Plant

Air compressors and Air-drying plants.

Condensers, Cooling Towers, Oil Coolers and Deaerator, Feed Water Heaters.

Feed pumps, Heat Exchangers and PA fans. ESP, Draught Fans etc

Synchronize the unit to the grid, stabilizing the Thermal Cycle, safely shut down the unit under emergency and planned shutdown, maintain normal operation and handle emergencies in case any disturbances.

Check protection and interlocks of boiler turbine and alternator and their auxiliaries; assist in commissioning of equipments and unit after an annual shut down.

Assist, Guide and Train Personnel and Sub ordinates.
