Daily analyzing all bath Conditions in Shift.

Participation in ISO 9001, IATF Audit Activity.

To check the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes in the plant.

Failure analysis and root cause Identification

Plan for improvement projects- Kaizen, Poka yoka.

Monitoring of Plan V/s Actual & taking relevant countermeasures.

Responsible for Shift planning of Engineers and Operators.

Updating of all Production & Quality report.

Proper understanding of TPM approach.

Handling man power and minimum rejection in the process.

Involve with people for problem solving, and rejection analysis.
