Now I am working in BAIF Development Research Foundation,Odisha as a District in-charge. Joining date-7 Aug 2012 till now.BAIF worked in Rural Development work (Cattle Development & Fodder Form Seed Production And Development) .

I have written a research paper of Different sowing method of fodder cultivation that was published (2015) in ILRI (International Livestock Research Institution) .
