Accenture Financial Service group / Barclays Madrid Sigma Project (February 2012 – September 2012)

Assigned as a team lead to handle 6 to 8 resources and was also tasked to do COBOL programming work. Day to day role was to monitor and assist the junior and mid level programmer in coding and analyst of the technical design given by the Madrid Client. Also done some design review and code review for the project. Coordinate with Madrid Client any technical problems encountered in the build phase of the program. Assigned as Team Lead with a role of designer and developer. Role is to create high level design for FALCON SSCA (Scoring Server Client Application).
