RESEARCH INTEREST

• My research interest includes; Biodegradation and Bioremediation studies for the eco-pollutant such as pesticides, crude oil and oil-based paints at Lab scale (Ex-situ) and field scale (In-situ).

• Toxicity assessment of eco-pollutants against experimental model organisms like bacteria, fungi, Brine Shrimps larvae (animal) and seed germinating parameters (plants).

• Determination of antimicrobial resistance pattern in clinical isolates.

• Microbial community analysis by metagenomic approaches for the bioremediation of xenobiotics.
