Supervisor Hub Services- Chicago July 2018– July 2019 Provided leadership for Passenger, Lobby, and Airport Assist contracts consisting of 150-200 employees per shift that provide Core 4 values, as well as incorporate standards of the Americans with Disability Act for passengers. Responsible for analyzing performance trends, conducting root cause analysis, and partnering with divisional leadership to implement corrective action plans. Managed all phases of full-cycle recruiting, from initial sourcing and screening through offer negotiations placement and onboarding.
