July 2010 to Present: Raytheon UTD. Construction Manager. Oversee construction projects at various locations in Afghanistan, Iraq and Jordan. Interface between client and prime contractor. Create SOW’s, Schedules, RFI’s, etc.
December 2009 May 2010: IAP Worldwide Services. Balad, Iraq. Carpenter. Duties include constructing wood frame building, installing doors and hardware, acoustical ceiling, metal studs, drywall, etc.
May 2009-December 2009: Taking personal time off.
May 2007- May 2009: IAP Worldwide Services. U.S. Embassy Annex, Iraq. Project Coordinator. My duties include overseeing new construction and managing O&M crafts to include plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and HVAC. I receive task orders from the client and enter them into Maximo. I then produce statements of work (SOW) which I send out for bid. I manage and QA/QC all new construction work that originated from me. I worked with each of the departments POCs to schedule their personnel involved in the various construction projects to prevent scheduling conflicts. I ensure that the crafts enter their time against the proper work order and for R&R before I approved it in Worktech. I worked with the employees under my supervision helping them keep up to date with all required safety training and that they were informed on the proper use of all PPE. I formally oversaw the housekeepers, grounds, and escorts as well as the new construction duties.
2006-2007: KBR Camp Liberty, Iraq. Carpenter. Duties included but not limited to building wood framed structures, remodeling existing structures, tent floors, acoustical ceiling systems, running crews of TCN’s, etc.
2006: The Sandi Group: COB Speicher, Iraq. O&M Supervisor. Duties included but not limited to the day to day operations of DynCorp’s Camp. This entailed the upkeep of the camp including the living quarters (electrical, plumbing, and HVAC), twin 500kv generators, water system, and laundry facilities. I had a crew of skilled contractors performing these services. 2005 2006: KBR: Kandahar, Afghanistan. Carpenter. Building wood framed structures, remodeling existing buildings, make cabinets, counter tops, doors, etc. 1999-2005: OSI Inc.: Houston, Texas. Commercial Drywall Foreman. Run crews, read blueprints and layout jobs, frame metal stud walls, both interior and exterior, install acoustical ceiling systems, install cabinets, counter tops, install restroom partitions, moveable wall systems, FRP, etc. Demo existing walls, leases and entire floors and concrete. 1997-1999: Pride Construction: Co-owner
Build out lease space. Frame, hang, and install cabinets, doors, frames, and hardware. Also install Division 10 components to include restroom partitions and accessories, projectors, projector lifts and screens.

Run crews, read blueprints and layout jobs, frame metal stud walls, both interior and exterior, install acoustical ceiling systems, install cabinets, counter tops, install restroom partitions, moveable wall systems, FRP, etc. Demo existing walls, leases and entire floors and concrete. 1982-1994: Southwest Drywall: Houston, Texas. Started out as an apprentice in the commercial drywall field and worked my way up to foreman.

Summary of qualifications: I have over 30 plus years’ experience in the commercial construction field mainly on the structural and interior build out of office buildings, warehouses, medical centers and hospitals. Running crews, reading blueprints, metal stud framing ( light and heavy), installing acoustical ceiling systems, cabinets, countertops, moveable wall partitions, projection screens, projection lifts, marker boards, restroom partitions, etc. I have worked for general contractors, both large and small. This usually places me in the position of both foreman and superintendent which allowed me to help in the coordination of the different crafts on the job. It also put me in between the company and customer which allow me to resolve problems as they arose.
I have average computer skills which allow me to use Word, Excel, Visio, Maximo, etc. I have worked in many different places, from Hi-rise office buildings in Texas, California, Oklahoma, and Florida to military bases in Iraq and Afghanistan. I have extensive experience working in Class A office buildings, hospitals and doctors’ offices and clinics, strip centers, malls, chemical plants and warehouse complexes. I have had oversight of building out living areas
