MODULES KNOWN:

HYPERMESH- FE MODELING OF FRONT AND REAR BUMPER ASSEMBLY- The task was to deliver FE model for analysis. After geometry cleanup, shell meshing has been done on extracted mid surface. Quality Check Parameters were maintained as per requirements.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

1.Presently working as Production Manager at Genesis Poweronics Pvt Ltd from 01-06-2019.

2.Worked as Asst. Manager, Marketing, BDM and manufacturing for VISHAL PIPES LIMITED from 15-01-2015 to 30-05-2019. This is a manufacturing company of Roll forming steel, PVC, LED lights, hand pumps and transmission towers and has a turnover of Appx.450 Crore.

I have been appointed to set up Roll forming division (Industrial management). I also deal with rest of the products. Including this I am a principal engineer for PATNY SYSTEMS LIMITED, my role is to setup the roll forming and punching section of the company as they are formally into the roll forming section now. I have executed Nuvesol solar systems project, BHEL EDN project as well as TATA SOLAR, we supplied module mounting structure to solar power grid in N P Kunta, kadiri, Ananthapur Dist.

3.Worked as a PROJECT COORDINATOR in HYQUIP SYSTEMS LIMITED (Fuel & coal handling company) since 01-03-2011 to March 31 2012.

Which involved handling projects of L&T, BGR energy limited, J.K.papers limited, Eastern coal fields limited, Tata projects, Krishna Godavari power utilities limited, etc.

Then went to production department for J.K.papers limited project.

PROJECTS:

1.M.TECH PROJECT:

SIMULATION OF CAR BUMPER MATERIAL USING ABACUS- UNDER HOD of MECHANICAL.

The materials used in simulation of the car bumper are a research-oriented project.

2.B. TECH MAJOR – PROJECT:

A REASEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT PROJECT ON DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF HYDRAULICALLY DRIVEN VEHILCE.

A car driven by hydraulic mechanism with the help of battery with an economy of 150 kilometers per charge.

It’s a very eco-friendly vehicle as there is no combustion.

The car which was manufactured is very low-cost vehicle.

The same was published in newspapers like Deccan chronicle and Sakshi.

Getting patent for the same.

3.MINI – PROJECT:

STEEL MANUFACTURING PLANT:

Made a mini report at Iswar Ispat Industries Pvt. Ltd., Raipur (C.G)

Manufacture of Channels, Angel, TMT Bars, ISMB Beam, angles etc .., at Rolling Mills with the production of Ingots in Induction Furnace.

Surveyed MAHINDRA MAHINDRA production unit as a project.
