• Created ad-hoc projects throughout the year for Dom, AJ, and assistant GM’s for player evaluation and tracking player progression.

• Facilitated multi-departmental synergy executing individual needs including: communicating player transactions between payroll, accounting, and baseball operations, ensuring player/staff paperwork was up to date with HR (I-9, W-4, direct deposit, insurance forms, etc.).

• Served as liaison for all MiLB players throughout the year executing individual needs and providing key communication between club and player.

• Coordinated player and staff travel during the season (to/from spring training, in season transactions, medical trips, instructional league and other offseason camps, etc.).

• Managed the Florida Fire Frogs (A+ affiliate) player housing environment. Including providing options for players and staff, negotiating and communicating with apartment complexes in the Kissimmee, FL area, and tracking costs for budgetary transparency.

• Organized player development events: coordinating hotels, flights, rental cars, meal plans, etc. (staff meetings, offseason camps, 2019 Slugfest Conference).

• During spring training led the baseball operations initiative to implement new technologies such as, Rapsodo, Edgertronic cameras, Blast Motion, and Trackman.
