Analyzing serviceability of the aero engine components based on the location and environment of their working in reference with manufacturing drawings. Coordinating with various disciplines such as Stress, Design, Containment, Fire & Ventilation, Materials, Critical parts lifing, Aero thermal, Performance etc… to assess the condition of the engine components and provide appropriate repair technique to salvage the component. Draft Technical Variances, Request Manual Revision (RMR) documents, Request EMP Revision document, Overhaul Information Notice etc., based on the requirements of the initiative Extensive experience in repair techniques, authoring tool, authoring standards, MS Word, MS Excel and Technical Writing. Proficient in investigation of engineering drawings and fitting instructions, ASD-STE100 (simplified Technical English) and ATA standards. Technical Instructor • Vinayaka Missions Aviation Academy (Dec 2016 – Aug 2018) Hands-on Maintenance Experience on Engines- General Electric CJ-610, Lycoming O-235 and GTD-350. Demonstrator Experience on aircrafts- Learjet-23, Cessna-152 and Mi-2.
