JOB DESCRIPTION:

Supporting the new line installation for Mobile manufacturing.

Supporting the installation of test and process equipment.

Responsible for maintenance and repairing of test equipment.

Installation and testing the mobile functions of Current stage.

Installation and calibrating the RF tests like GSM, WCDMA, LTE, BT, WIFI, GPS Testers.

Providing test fixtures and installation of Camera (wanfuda), Audio, RF and antenna (wafuda)

,Idle test for smart phones testing.

Various type of Audio testers handling like ITC200, ITC300 and BJEast2000.

Various types of RF instruments handling like CMW 500 (wanfuda and starpoint).

Trouble shooting and maintain of PROXIMITY sensor testers and ADAPTIVE brightness calibration testers.

Lead and participant on the GRR to ensure the installed testers reliability and reprodusability for a best quality production.

Maintaining Auto-mated functional Test Equipment (ATE) for Mobile testing and Maintaining PLC controlled machines with Pneumatic systems.

Preparation of daily Test report and conducting daily meeting with CFT &production team, and preparing weekly/Monthly Test report.

Testing Minimizing the Breakdown time and improving the Tester up time to increase the production and Retest MFR (Manufacturing Failure Rate)

The PM activity is scheduled as daily, weekly and monthly periods.

Ensuring corrective and preventive measures as appropriate to reduce the equipment related process rejections.

Handling of high precision printers Zebra xi4 600dpi and Sato CL4NX

Automatic weighing machine calibration and troubleshooting. Handling Zebra Printers.

Windows 10 and windows 7 OS installing troubleshooting handling PC.

Soldering the cables and components like V bus cable, Idle PCBA board. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
