Obtained clearance for NIH, NST, Fort Mead, John Hopkins, etc.

(Union 276)- GP Flooring, Sabre Tile Flooring

Buffalo, NY 2017-2019

Duties: Installed vinyl, NORA rubber, VCT, LVP, LVT, carpet tile, broadloom, static dissipative tile and vinyl and self-leveled. Installed protectal in the Rochester Airport along with carpet tile (10 phase project), with custom designs including arc’s, circles, etc. Managed up to 12 journeymen and apprentices throughout a nine-month project, with minor punch list issues and without any accidents, for the Niagara Falls School District. Attended foreman meetings, discussed potential issues, concerns and solutions. Completed daily reports, tracking of materials and supplies throughout the completion of two schools. I also managed Sister’s hospital that included self-leveling, and intricate design. Trained apprentices on several different techniques of the trade, as well as professional installation.
