More than 13 years' experience in Engineering Management, Construction & MEP coordination. Worked on large prestigious international projects covering various sectors from conception stages to completion and handover, representing clients, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants. • Supervise the design and execution of electrical systems distribution of ADNOC HQ high-rise building from MV, LV to ELV systems including the security system.

• Report Electrical shop drawings, material approvals/site delivery, and construction progress to the MEP manager and the project director. Respond to RFI’s and queries from stakeholders.

• Prepare and report subcontractor’s tender and contracts documents, and scope demarcation in accordance to project contract and specifications.

• Prepare project power energization program and schedule what would be developed in conjunction with the overall project schedule and milestones.

• Prepare and follow up electrical material Technical bids evaluation.

• Plan the energization program based on local authority regulation and the client’s baseline program.

• Supervise ELV shop drawings and site execution. Managing Alfuttaim as an ELV & security system subcontractor.

• Review and prepare LV/MV shop drawings and follow up on approval from consultants and local authority.

• Prepare electrical material submittals and follow up approvals from consultants and local authority.

• Close Coordination with Local Electrical Authority (Abu Dhabi Distribution Company) for approvals and site inspections.

• Micro-manage Subcontractors / specialist Crew. Technical programs, lighting, cables calcs, containment calcs, Voltage Drop.

• Supervise and prepare Electrical shop drawings of Back of House; Front of House lighting and special show lighting. Further, supervise and report the installation and progress on site.

• Prepare electrical LV/MV energization safety and trouble-shooting method statements and site execution plan.

• Supervise and report ELV/LV/MV installation testing and commission in accordance with approved method statements.

• Prepare the project’s maintenance and operation method statements.
