Managed an audio-visual technician team of seven daily. Supporting over 10,000 associates with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype for business, and the entire Google suite. Set up conference center and auditorium microphones, tables, delegate systems, presentation connections. Also oversaw an on-call pool for technicians for three other locations.

Coordinated day-to-day AV operations and setups with internal and external clients. Travel to London, UK and New York annually to oversee major live production. Lead audio video efforts for many major live shows with the US Vice President as well as world dignitaries. Overseen purchase of 80k equipment upgrade and implementation to improve their livestream experience.

Conducted multiple daily livestreams and monitored the companies YouTube/Facebook live webcast in remote locations around the world. Worked with freelance interpreters in different parts of the world on live event with different languages. Weekly/Daily management of the Atlantic Council’s YouTube/Facebook channel, including uploads and sharing analytics as well as driving engagement and improving key metrics, like subscription and video views.
