Responsibilities:

Designing the product/casting (experienced in Valve castings, Bonnet, Housing, Cover, Wheel Hub, Carrier, etc.) by taking into consideration various aspects like Design for casting, for its tooling, for manufacturing, for assembly and weight reduction.

Responsible to design Mould and Sand casting pattern, design running system, other foundry consumables and tools for various product/casting and to make machining model and drawings based on customer casting model and drawings.

2. January 2018 to July 2019: Design and Development Engineer Trainee (NPD), Sand fits Foundry Pvt Ltd-Unit 2, Appanaikenpatti, Sulur, Coimbatore. Responsibilities:

Tooling drawings (Core box design, Gauge design, Molding box design, Match Plate design, Casting Fixtures design & other accessories design work) preparation and detailing.
