PERSONAL INTRODUCTION
Passionate about new technology, especially Systems architecture since I have discovered this discipline during my studies; I have been focusing on delivering the best solutions for my end users, by testing and communicating with every stakeholders to help them reach the quality standards. IV&V lead (Integration, verification and validation) I had the opportunity to conduct important campaigns from the integration on a test environment to the acceptance with the customer, including verification of the requirements and support to engineering teams. As a key participant on verification review and Change management board, I have strong knowledge on System engineering processes such as V-model or ITIL practices.
Technical Management
Assigned on a struggling Work package as a Technical manager, I reworked all the design documentation and conducted the needed change to get back on track for the final acceptance of the Project.
Team Management
During my experience as IVV lead or TM, I have managed intercultural teams based locally and abroad, as well as subcontractors. I have helped building new communication processes and reporting tools. EDUCATION

Took part in a security project in Qatar, in the IVV organization in France, which was then split into two departments in Doha
(IVV and Supervision work package). In 2018, I was part of the closure project team followed by the setup of the maintenance phase.
