Allocation of product to stores in line with the product assortment strategy, whilst taking into account current store sales and inventory patterns, in order to meet store sales budgets

Pre-allocations and strategic planning of merchandise

Allocation of replenishment product to stores and ensuring replenishment mechanisms are working as they should and reacting accordingly should they not be. Monitoring service of core product in stores and reacting accordingly.

Monitoring of stock levels in the DC, and ensuring that they do not age, whilst keeping the relevant people of these levels informed.
