Why physics? Physics, frequently undervalued, extracts meaning and order from a chaotic universe. Often encouraged by an original thinker, it basically hinges upon accumulating data, obtained by rigorously testing both normal and unexpected phenomena. This testing will then allow for established metaphysical links to become available for humankind. It is difficult not to admire the ingenuity required, especially since it is responsible for many of the products existing today. I can affirm that my personal developments from physics, especially in this age of big data, has driven my adaptability alongside a thirst to identify further links. To date these traits are understood through numerous coding works.

Developed and led algorithmic strategies to deliver American equity returns based on cross-validation and financial research, with Google Trends as the primary data source to identify significant correlations.

Utilizing group experiences and recommendations, independently developed algorithm based on machine learning, optimization, and mixed regressors. Data collection utilizes a scraper & API.

Algorithm is composed of both Python and R code with an emphasis on R for data analysis.

Undergraduate UW – Applied Physics Lab June 2020 – August 2020

Researched and collected data on X-Ray and Neutron Diffractions for specific crystal structures (example SrHPO4).

Developed python script to assess a sample of 20 papers to identify the standard convention and notation for the presentation of crystal structure data.

Collaborated with group in designing and performing a lab to identify the mathematical link between the thickness of aluminum plating with its radioactive permittivity.
