Responsible for maintenance on Southern California Gas Stations and Oil Refineries located in Texas and Louisiana

Appropriately Screen outside vendors for any jobs that may need to be done at the Gas Stations/Refineries and negotiate a rate that will keep whatever job is done is done under that sites monthly budget and completed accordingly to that Sites Environmental Agencies Guidelines to avoid permitting fees or penalties.

Schedule appointment date with county inspectors to obtain permits for gas stations/oil refineries.

Review and distribute supplies needed to properly complete job and ensure that job was completed without going over budget

Share plans with construction and engineering departments to ensure that no special instructions or work were needed for certain jobs. If any special work was needed then I would work with those departments and schedule accordingly

Served as point of contact for Clients, County inspectors and project managers.

Worked with eMAINT version of CMMS software to ensure all work was completed appropriately and under budget until Fastech switched to their own Software
