• Created operation and process improvement plan for Global Analytics & Reporting Service (GARS) team of The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to make the data intake process more transparent for GARS customers who heavily depended on the data to measure their strategies throughout the foundation. One of the proposed change plans was to include product owners from the start. These changes were established at the onset as part of the program itself along with service resources and vendors to support the program. Established work streams that helped in tracking all the deliverables and analyze the issues at the people, process, or technology level if there was a miss. Post implementation results were reduction in approximately 4 - 5 total numbers of days in the process and reduction in the amount of rework for the team.

• Built “Care Connect” application prototype by using tools such as Marvel, Balsamiq, Adobe XD. Led and managed MSIS team for efficient operation of the project, where the aim of the application prototype was to connect senior members with their family members through care givers of the facility. The process included user research, interviews, identifying major issues etc. This helped in reducing customer’s pain points. The major concern for the families was that they were unable to get daily updates of the family member living in the care facility. The app was used as a daily check-in for constant updates, this way the product bridged the gap between the families and care facilities.

• Analyzed “German Credit Card” data to determine applicants’ worthiness using data mining, regression model concepts and SAS Miner. Led and managed a team, to create a prediction model based on relevant predictors such as bank account details, installment plans, current job status etc. which was a part of the credit card application. Based on this data, we analyzed the worthiness of the applicant to accept or reject the application, using the best model which had the lowest error rate. We used 3 models, logistic regression, classification tree and nearest neighbor and the error rate in this case was 0.219, 0.224 and 0.26, respectively. From the result it was clear that logistic regression model would have helped the company to minimize risk the most and find high value customers for premium offerings. SAS miner was used to run all the analysis. CERTIFICATES
