June 17, 2020 – current. Land Consultant working with land developers and builders on multiple acquisition and development opportunities, and helping builder relationships with their acquisition, entitlement and development needs, including transfer of fully developed lots.

Oct 2019 – June 16, 2020. Land Acquisition Manager for Beazer Homes managing the Company's acquisition of land throughout greater Tampa Bay Area including Sarasota and Manatee. Assisted the land team with underwriting due diligence, with primary responsibility to identify, analyze and acquire multiple properties consistent with Company land strategy and pipeline requirements.

Sept 2018 – Sept 2019. Land Consultant working on multiple acquisition and development opportunities, primarily a custom large lot deal in Pinellas County that will maximize the County's new Land Development Code, with new opportunities under consideration.

May 2017 – Aug 2018. Land Development Project Manager for D. R. Horton in Sarasota and

Manatee counties, including interface with multiple Division land development support functions.

Managing land development including interaction with County Planning & Development departments, involving project approvals, bonds and bond releases, landscape and certifications, responsible for completion of multiple projects, thru Certificates of Completion on time and within budget.
