Valid class 5 drivers license
RELEVANT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Operating power tools such as miter saw, table saw, power drills, nail gun router planer, band saw, Jack hammer circular saw, and reciprocating saw.
Undertake minor repairs and maintenance to building(ex. plumbing, electrical, drywall patch ups, and painting.
Experience in drywall installation, framing, cabinet making, cabinet installations, hardwood and laminate floor installations, doors installations, door handles installations and repair.
Perform variety of cleaning, janitorial, set up and take down of tables and chairs, snow scraping, salting and sanding, garbage pick-up and disposable activities.
Perform routine rounds and record log including boilers, AHU, cooling towers, water meter, gas meter, co2 meter, and electric meter.
Perform pool water test to determine acidity, color, and impurities using colorimeter, turbid meter, and conductivity meter.
Perform monthly preventative maintenance eg, change air water and glycol filters, lubricate motors, change belts ect.
Perform carpentry such as home improvement kitchen, bathroom and basement renovations.
Experience in computer programable control building management system(BMS) (ex. adjust temperature, and pressure.)
Experience in recreation facility maintenance and arena operations.
3 months building operator volunteer at YMCA Remington branch.
Trouble shooting and minor repair of control system and end devices.
