I was selected one of leaders among 200 US soldiers and 100 Korean soldiers when I served for my military service.
As a leader, I thought the most important thing is the relationship with my men. Therefore, I worked with them during their shift, so I wanted to make a working environment for easy to speak their thoughts and their opinions. We had communication every shift and figure out solutions to the complaints together. As a result, I earned a certification as the best leader from my Company leader.
