Joined Reich Lab to study Pancreatic Cancer focusing on YAP1 in combination with kRas proto- oncogenes in the Microbiology and Immunology Department. Conducted mammalian tissue culture work.

Performed CRISPR/Cas9 protocol to eliminate YAP1 gene function by bacterial cloning, PCR, Plasmid Design, DNA sequencing, Western Blots, and injecting immunocompromised mice to check for tumor growth.
