JMC INDUSTRY is a sheet metal automobile parts manufacturing company supplying it's product to ASHOK LEYLAND. It is specialized in manufacturing sheet metal parts like fuel tanks, cross-members, brackets and many more sheet metal products by using press machine and process likd forming process and drawing process, shearing, bending etc, and finally having welding process at its own end for automobile division product.

Job Profile :

Handle all Operation regarding Production & Quality.

To give all shortage material to line from machine shop.

Working out the human and material resources needed.

Make DPR(Daily Production Report).

Responsible for Quality systems and procedures implementation and strengthening.

Daily carrying out inspection of parts being manufactured according to drawing.

Inform the internal and external quality problems to the inspection line and improve the inspection process.

Carry out Daily and monthly internal Audits like;/Dispatch location /Product Audit.

Carrying out fixture and gauges validation as per requirement and plan.

Responsible for quality of outgoing products.

NEW DEVELOPMENT DRAWING (2D,3D) in bs6.

SHEARING MACHINE (sheet metal nesting)

QC related documentation (PDI, Welding In - process,Sample Inspection Report, etc

Inspection of parts coming from vendor ends as per drawing.
