The following of equipments serviced centrifugal pump ( SULZER, EGGER, SAM TURBO AHLOSTROM, KMW, GRUBBENS) knife gate valves, Butterfly valves,Gate valve, pressure screen, Vacuum Pump, Agitators, Dosing pumps, Dryer cylinders bearing Initial after reduction clearances Checking, Vibrating screens, Felt rolls, Gear box, Rotary joints etc.
Hydraulic test for all dryer cylinders up to 12kg/cm2. MAINTENANCES:
Maintenance of the 300 TPD board machine and coordinating all the Maintenance activities for the entire plant especially Preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance, Break down maintenance and Maintaining the history card for all the Equipment.
Maintenance of the 60 TPD Writing & News Paper Machine Pulp mill, Machine hall, ETP, 8 Ton Boiler etc.
Overhauling of the paper machine, stock preparation equipment and creating the spares during overhauling time.
To Ensure Smooth Running of all Machinery & minimize down time.
Giving the priority to personnel safety and machine safety.
To attend to breakdowns, trouble shooting and rectifying the basic causes in shortest possible time.
To following the Equipments check list and Monthly reported.
Explaining technical issues to non-technical people.
