Answers all incoming calls, indicated as emergency work requests, and registers all such requests in the system.

Enters all the PPM schedules, generates work orders and submits to concerned Supervisor/In-charge for work assignment.

Enters the status/stages, of all the work requests received, in the system.

Monitoring and controls all MEP system through scada.(pumps, ventilation, HVAC, UPS, GENERATOR, CAPACITOR BANK)

Monitor all server, PLC, environmental sensor, VMS, LSCS,VIDS, VVDS, PTZ, PTZP
