RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide assistance to all senior engineers and recommend improvements to all design and travel to site to analyze all equipment and maintain efficient relation with all plant personnel.

Develop, coordinate and monitor all aspects of production, including selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication.

Validation of storage racks and provides all engineering support.

ACADEMIC PROJECTS

Design and analysis of alloy wheels using solid works

This deals with the design of aluminium alloy wheel for automobile application which is carried out for optimization of the mass of alloy wheel.

SW model of the alloy wheel rim is generated in Solid Works and the model is analyzed for processing work with materials like Aluminium alloy, cast alloy steel and Monel R400.

Monel R400 is preferred as best material for designed wheel rim with high strength and excellent corrosion resistance in a range of acidic and alkaline environments.

Operating and Maintenance of Boilers

This deals with maintenance of boilers where continuously running boilers work with efficient steam production to clean reactors and chemical coated pipes which maintain the quality and composition of the API production.

Our study to reduce the use of source (fuel) and produce more steam using few techniques involving in production, transfer and usage.

By our project work and research of journals we found that we can use electric steam boiler instead of water tube boilers where the steam is generated using electricity, there the maintenance of boilers can be decreased.
