As an implant manager, I am responsible for all implant operations and communications with our parent company – Excel travel. That includes all ticketing, reservations, and financial operations through online communications, company agents, and runners.
I am also responsible for all communications with third parties: airlines, hotels, embassies, car rentals, and brokers.
A usual week duties includes:
· Compute costs of travel and accommodations and present quotes to customers.
· Airlines and hotels troubleshooting.
· Ad hock support (Airports strikes, flights cancelations, etc).
· Support various organizations executives.
· Invoicing.
· Provide sales reports and statistics.
· Collect payment for transportation and accommodations from customer.

Through 13 years we managed to build an implant from scratch for Apache Corporate, who works in petroleum and thus have a massive volume of travelers, including regular rotators and occasional travels. Starting as a junior and worked my way up to be the implant supervisor I managed all operations for ticketing, reservations, financials, reporting, customer engagement, packaging, quoting, and invoicing all related work.
Skills & Abilities
LEADERSHIP
· I have managed a team of 4 travel consultants in addition to on ground airport agents, tech support, and runners.
OPERATIONS
Travel is no easy task, it includes a lot of coordination between different flights, connections, hotels, transportations, and support.
Through years I have mastered planning and coordination for complicated itineraries. COMMUNICATION
· Basically our job is communicating with the customer and translating his requirements to different stakeholders (Hotels, Flights, Finance, Transportations, etc).
· Communications is my game.
SALES
· Pitching the package is no easy task, we sell our service to clients and that’s our entry point TECHNOLOGY
· I am a computer person, I am experienced with different online and desktop tools for reservations, and I am comfortable with excel sheets and generating sales reports. PERSONAL
· I take pride in my job, as we help people either finish important business or enjoy their time in new experiences.
· I am always looking for challenges, which are not easy with our job, but I always find a way.
· Music is a big part of my life, I sing at my church choir, I am a founder and a leader at the same choir.
